All Levels Flow

This class unites your breath with your body offering a variety of poses accessible to all levels of yoga practitioners. Classes will include building strength, finding balance, as well as increasing flexibility and range of motion. Modifications and variations of postures will be offered to accommodate all levels of experience. This class is suitable for all levels of skill and experience.

Vinyasa

This class includes fluid transitions from pose to pose, linking body, breath, and movement. Teachers will guide students through a sequence and invite them to flow with their own breath. Students are encouraged to adapt the flow to what best suits them. This class will help students cultivate balance, strength, flexibility, and endurance. We do not recommend this class for brand-new yogis, but this class can be modified to your own skill level.

Slow Burn

This slow and deliberate practice focuses on building strength and stamina through sustained holds and mindful movement. You will learn how to deepen your breath and build a calm focused awareness of the present moment. Just because “slow” is in the title, does not mean it’s easy. This class is recommended for yogis of all skill levels and experience.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga classes are therapeutic and include yoga poses modified to an individual's needs, gentle movement sequences to help improve the body's movement patterns, yogic breath techniques, and guided relaxation. Minimal flow from pose to pose. Deep stretching and mobility exercises are often included in these classes. This class is recommended for beginners, or yogis who are seeking to release tension and gain mobility.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow, restorative practice that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints. Most postures are practiced on the floor in a seated or lying position, with each posture being held for 3 to 7 minutes. Props are used to support the body in relaxation. This is a great class for beginners or advanced students looking for a restful, meditative class.
